Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace the affected items at no charge or refund them if a replacement is not available.
Unopened returns
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email support for a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, minus the value of any free BOGO vial kept.
Opened or reconstituted products
Because we cannot verify how a vial has been stored after opening, opened or reconstituted products are not returnable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued the order is treated as a return.
Processing time
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
