What we collect
Name, shipping address, email, phone number and order history when you place an order; the email address you give us for lot alerts; and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil and track orders, to answer support requests, to send lot alerts you have subscribed to, to detect fraud and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Shipping carriers, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and law enforcement when legally required. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage for the age gate, your cart and your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from lot alerts with the link in any email, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and regulatory requirements. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
