Acceptance

By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our compliance and research-use policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You represent that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes only.

Products and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars per vial and may change without notice. The Buy 1, Get 1 free offer applies to eligible compounds as marked and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment and you will be given the option to cancel.

Orders

An order is accepted when it ships. We may cancel any order before shipment for any reason, including suspected misuse, with a full refund.

Documentation

Certificates of analysis are provided as issued by independent laboratories. They describe the tested sample from the stated lot and are not a guarantee of any particular result in your own analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Vials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
