Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Transit time
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Expedited options are shown at checkout where available.
Packaging
Vials are packed in foam inserts inside an insulated mailer. Temperature-sensitive products ship with a cold pack during warm months. The outer box is plain and does not identify the contents.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is scanned by the carrier. You can also look up any order on the Track Order page.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact support and we will open a carrier claim and reship.
