Modified GRF (1–29) is a GHRH analog with four amino-acid substitutions that improve stability. Without the drug-affinity complex, it has a short half-life and is used in pulsatile-release research.
Published findings for this compound are predominantly preclinical. Results from cell or animal models do not establish safety, effectiveness or benefit in humans, and nothing on this page is a recommendation for any use other than laboratory research.
Cell studies characterize receptor binding and cAMP response.
Animal studies have examined episodic growth-hormone release.
Biochemical studies compare degradation rates against native GHRH.
Research areas reflect topics in the published literature. They are not claims of demonstrated effects or expected outcomes.
Store lyophilized at -20°C (-4°F), protected from light. After reconstitution, keep at 2–8°C and use within 7 days.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water added slowly down the inside wall of the vial; swirl gently and never shake. See the reconstitution and storage guide for a step-by-step bench procedure.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not approved by the FDA for any use, is not a dietary supplement, and is not for human or animal consumption. Purchasers must be 21 or older.
